ToolsCenterPro ("we", "us", "our") operates www.toolscenterpro.com (the "Site"), which provides free online utility tools such as calculators, converters, PDF tools, and text/security tools. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices and rights available to you.

a) Information you provide to a tool

Most tools on this Site process the text, numbers, or files you enter directly in your browser, or send them to our server only to generate the requested result (for example, compressing a PDF or calculating a hash). We do not require an account, and we do not intentionally retain the content you submit to a tool beyond what is needed to produce your result. Files generated by upload-based tools (e.g. merged or compressed PDFs) are stored temporarily on our server under a randomly generated filename and are not linked to your identity.

b) Information collected automatically

  • Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date/time) for security and diagnostics.
  • A visitor-identifier cookie (tcp_visitor_id) that lets us count unique visits to each page. This cookie does not contain your name, email, or other personal details.
  • Your approximate country, resolved from your IP address at the time of your visit using a local geolocation database. We store the resolved country for analytics purposes, not your precise location, and we do not link it to your identity.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used by advertising and analytics providers (see Section 3).

c) Tools that send data to a third-party API

A small number of tools call an external API to produce a result — for example, the Currency Converter (open.er-api.com) and IP Checker & Location Finder (ip-api.com). When you use these tools, the value you enter (such as an IP address) is sent to that third-party service to generate the result. We do not control these third parties' own data practices; please review their respective privacy policies if you have concerns.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the tools on this Site.
  • To monitor and improve Site performance and security.
  • To serve advertising, including personalized advertising where you have consented (see Section 3).

3. Cookies & Advertising (Google AdSense)

This Site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.

6. Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 7. Data Retention

Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostic purposes and then routinely deleted or anonymized. Files generated by upload-based tools are not permanently retained and may be removed periodically. Page-level visit counts and resolved country data are retained for analytics purposes. If you submit feedback through our Feedback form, we retain your name, email, and message for review; it is only shown publicly if we approve it for display.
